Program/Project Management Support Services to Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)

LRS is currently supporting the Program and Project Management Team on LAWA’s $14 billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP) by developing Key Performance Indicators and Performance Reports to help support and guide the success of the Program through design and construction. LRS has also developed a standard template for reporting deviations from the plan, evaluated overhead capitalization methodology and produced other customized reports to help identify the strengths and opportunities within the Program. LRS has prepared a programmatic model for soft cost analysis and program progress evaluation and has conducted what-if scenarios to help forecast the program’s success and or potential failures.
